Li Chao, born in October 1986, lives in Guiyang and works in publishing. Since 2007, he has published around seven hundred thousand words in Shanghai Literature, The World of Fiction, Tianya, Writer, Huacheng, People's Literature, and so on. His work has also been included in Short Stories of 2010, Best Chinese Short Stories 2011, Selected Chinese Short Stories 2013, and 100 Chinese Short Stories. He has won the Shanghai Literature Newcomer Award, the Creation and Criticism Annual Novel Award, the Dianchi Literature Award, etc. His story collections include Southward Northward and No Stopping.

李晁，1986年10月出生，现居贵阳，任职于杂志社。2007年起在《上海文学》《小说界》《天涯》《作家》《花城》《人民文学》等刊发表作品七十万字，收入《2010短篇小说》《中国短篇小说年度佳作2011》《2013年中国短篇小说排行榜》《中国短篇小说100家》等选本。曾获《上海文学》新人奖、《创作与评论》年度小说奖、滇池文学奖等，出版小说集《朝南朝北》《步履不停》。
